We collect the name, mobile number, email, date of birth, height, and weight you give us so we can create your account and health score. We do not sell this information. Corporate views show department totals only, never a member’s answers. You can ask us to correct your profile from your account.
Membership and cancellation
A plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can upgrade at any time. A cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the current period ends. Test checkout confirms the plan without a live charge.
Health disclaimer
Sessions, scores, and category programmes support movement habits. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, or emergency service. Stop a session if you feel pain, and speak with a clinician for medical care.
Acceptable use
Use your own account. Do not share login codes, scrape the service, or upload someone else’s health information without their consent.
